• Use of match-fixing information: Placing bets using insider information.

7Account Closure & Appeal Policy

A 299betvip account may be closed in two ways — at the user's request or at the platform's discretion.

Closed at user's request: Contacting our support team will result in account closure within 24 hours. Any valid remaining balance may be withdrawn.

Closed by platform decision: Accounts may be closed without prior notice in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
